Overview

Barium zinc stabilizer powder is a white powder or flake, mainly composed of barium salt, zinc salt, and other processing aids. When used in conjunction with similar liquid stabilizers, it can improve product quality and maximize cost savings. Barium zinc stabilizer powder has good heat stability, no sulfur pollution, and does not contain heavy metal compounds such. Its addition amount is usually between 2.5-3.0 PHR, which can be used alone or in combination with powder or liquid barium zinc stabilizers to achieve better heat resistance.

Features
1. Inhibit initial coloring, have good long-term stability, weather resistance, and good sulfur resistance; 2. Special coupling effect. Granting uniform plasticization and high-speed melt flowability to the mixture can enhance melt strength, promote foaming, moderate foaming speed, and uniform and fine foam pores; The surface of the product is therefore smooth, the color is stable, and the color deviation is small; 3. Storage, Transportation, and Packaging

Store in a cool, ventilated indoor area. Ensure cleanliness during transportation and handling to prevent damage from sun, rain, high temperatures, and humidity.
