DESCRIPTION:
This device is controlled by PLC with 5.7 inch of humanized color operation interface, using frequency control system which is simple for the users to operate, and effectively improve working efficiency.
Adapts intellectual material feeding system, the machine can automatically identify the direction of the barrel and change it to the right side for the following assembling steps, and each function finished will be detected by sensors, if any trouble happened, it will stop automatically for checking which can ensure the assembling quality.
Mechanical structure for the CAM integration, with united power transmission instead of traditional chain driven, that makes the machine more durable and easy for maintenance.
