It is a kind of wall material like hollow floor, only need to be coated with a small amount of caulking mortar when do installation. It is composed of harmless phosphogypsum, light steel slag, fly ash and other industrial waste slag, by frequency conversion steam pressure curing. Lightweight partition board has the advantages of light weight, high strength, multiple environmental protection, heat preservation and insulation, sound insulation, respiratory humidity control, fire prevention, rapid construction, reduce wall cost and so on. Only one-eighth the weight of solid brick wall, achieve C30 strength, thermal conductivity is a third of the solid brick wall, and the acoustic conductivity is only one quarter of the solid brick wall. The product can adjust the indoor air humidity, save the land occupied by industrial waste residue, put an end to the pollution of industrial waste residue to the air and water, save 15% to 20% of the wall cost, and improve the construction efficiency three to five times.
