Product Description
The resistance belt heating furnace manufactured by our company uses a new lightweight energy-saving material, reasonable structural design, good insulation effect, when the resistance belt temperature reaches 1000ºC, the heating cover shell is only the ambient temperature plus 40ºC. The protective gas of the chamber is ammonia decomposition gas or nitrogen, so that the annealed material has no oxidation and no decarburization in the high temperature annealing state. The vacuum system used saves a lot of protective gas and power consumption. PID is used to automatically control the temperature regulation in the furnace, and the temperature rise, heat preservation and cooling process of each furnace is fully controlled and managed, which provides a reliable guarantee for users to produce qualified products.
Equipment features:
The power supply control adopts thyristor to adjust the current power in the furnace, reducing the current fluctuation of the power grid, or the frequent opening of each switching electromagnetic contactor.
* PID has the function of temperature measurement and ratio feedback output control, and can display and record the temperature curve in the furnace in a timely manner.
Polycrystalline Mollite fiber products are used in the heating cover, and the fire resistance temperature reaches 1600ºC. The heating cover is lightweight and does not require an oven.
According to the different needs of users for protective gas, our company specially designed and manufactured ammonia decomposition gas generator for the annealed material in the inner cover for gas protection annealing, the H2 content of ammonia decomposition gas reached 75%V/V; The dew point of the protective gas is -65ºC, so that the strip annealed at high temperature will not be oxidized, and achieve the purpose of brightness.
Some users require spheroidizing annealed steel strips or heat treated copper and aluminum strips to achieve standard mechanical properties after heat treatment. Some materials, such as 65Mn steel strip, need to have a slow cooling holding interval in the cooling stage. Our equipment can control the cooling device and open the heating cover in sections according to the performance of different materials.
