Equipped with advanced and perfect three-power integrated automation control system.
Stove top: 300mm refractory fiber block +150mm refractory fiber blanket. According to the different operating temperature of furnace, zirconium refractory fiber block, high purity refractory fiber block and ordinary refractory fiber block are used respectively.
Furnace body steel structure: the furnace body is made of steel frame, the top steel plate is 5mm, the wall steel plate is 6mm. Heat-resistant cast iron is used on both sides. The top of the furnace can be disassembled in whole sections. Main structure and composition of furnace

Furnace wall: castings 230mm+ light heat insulation brick 116mm+150mm refractory fiber blanket

Steel output: The use of motor driven push steel machine output.
Furnace door: Set up a feeding furnace door, a pushing machine door, and a steel outlet door.
