1. Put 20-60 mesh rubber powder into a special kneader, add rubber regeneration aid RV-RB and softening oil, knead together to about 160°C, discharge and cool to become activated rubber powder.
Formula: 100 parts of rubber powder, 0.5 parts of RV-RB, 10-15 parts of softening oil.
2. Put the mixed activated rubber powder and sulfur accelerator into the kneader again and mix it for about three minutes to become a compound rubber powder.
3. Put the composite rubber powder into the mold of the vulcanizer, vulcanize for 15 minutes, open the mold and take out the solid wheel, and it is completed. It is a rubber powder solid tire. As shown in the picture:
Recycled Rubber Solid Tires
If rubber powder is used to produce a very beautiful solid wheel, the following processes are required:
First, put 100 parts of 20-mesh rubber powder, 0.5 parts of rubber regeneration agent RV-RB and 5-15 parts of softening oil into a special kneader, mix and knead for 10-15 minutes, and discharge when the temperature reaches 150-160°C material.
Second, the discharge material enters the cooling conveying screw for cooling and parks.
Thirdly, after cooling and parking, it directly enters the screw refiner (our company's patented product) for further regeneration by mechanical shearing.
Fourth, the recycled materials completed in the third step are mixed with fillers such as rubber vulcanization aids and clay light calcium in the internal mixer, discharged, and rolled out of the mixer.
Fifth, enter the vulcanizing machine for 10 minutes and complete. It is a solid rubber wheel. As shown in the picture:
