RWL-R Rubber Flowable Agent
Composition: mixture of aliphatic acid.
Fusing point: ≤90ºC
Appearance: milk white or light yellow particle
Function:
1. This product can increase the rubber compound mobility, improve the uniformity of the rubber compound, reduce the viscosity of the rubber compound and avoid the scorching danger.
2. This product can increase the processing property of the rubber compound, increase the extrusion in the extrusion molding process and make the surface of the extrudate be smooth without burr and pits.
3. This product can shorten the mixing period, and has good dispersion function; it can improve the dispersion effect of the minor ingredient in the rubber and avoid blooming.
4. This product can improve the in-mold undesirable emission caused by deep mold.
5. This product is palletizing product, which is convenient to accurate calculation, non-tonic and innocuous and has no dust pollution,
6. The dosage is 1~6 parts by weight and should be added while mixing. This product can be widely used in the production of all kinds of rubber compound products.
7. This product is especially suitable for the extrusion products mainly based on the EPDM and the products with bad mobility caused by using too much reclaimed rubber.
