1. SBR 460W Paper bag making machine with window patching and punching
Made up of discharge device, window patching equipment, punching equipment, Forming device, collecting device components. That is, in the original unwinding devices into separate window patching device, plus a set of punching device.
2. Introduced a touch-screen interface, easy to fix and fine-tuning. Alarm and status of work can be displayed on the screen, easy operation and maintenance.
3. Equipped with yaskawa PLC for centralized control system and Germany SICK photoelectric correction, tracking and accurate printing materials to minimize adjustment and preset time and increase productivity.
4. Human oriented security protection, whole housing design, ensure the safety of operator.
5. Expansion axis hydraulic feeding system, chuck, hydraulic up / down system
6. Automatic unwinding tension control, EPC network guide and feed system inverter, motor, minimizing network alignment adjustment time.
