Dissolving Method - Easy and Efficient Preparation
1. Cold Water Method:Add the flakes intocool water at30ºCgradually, maintaining a proportion of 5~10%. Stir for 3-5 minutes to ensure proper dispersion,thenletit stand for 1~2 hours.After that,stir slowly until it forms a paste,andreserve it for use.
2. Warm Water Method:Gradually add the flakes into room temperature water at a proportion of5~10%,stir for 3-5 minutes,and thenheat the mixture up to 60~70ºC.Stir slowly to dissolve completely,andreserve for use.

Usage Instructions
1. Padding Method:
Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution) Temperature: 30ºC~40ºC
Process: One dip, one pad or two dips, two pads.
2. Dipping Method:
Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Temperature: 40ºC~50ºC
Liquor Ratio: 1:10 ~15. Time: 30 minutes.
3. For compatibility with other auxiliaries and processes, please conduct a test first and adjust based on the results.
