1. Ceramic bead product description
Ceramic balls are mainly made of high-quality zirconium sand, melted in an electric arc furnace above 2000 degrees, and then made into various microspheres using special techniques.
Medium density and high hardness ceramic balls provide high impact velocity during sandblasting, making them an ideal choice for surface sandblasting and crushing, especially for titanium parts.
2. Pay attention to using glass and ceramic balls:
The explosion pressure suitable for glass balls is 40-80psi, and can be recovered 9-12 times;
Although the explosion pressure required for ceramic balls is 40-65psi, their recycling life
It can reach 70-90 times.
When using ceramic balls for the first time, it is recommended to open 1/3 to 1/2 of the dust removal vest, as ceramic balls need to restore air during sandblasting.
