UNB-600 Mud Pump Double-acting Vulcanized Integrated Piston
The UNB-600 vulcanized intergrated piston is the piston rubber directly vulcanized on the piston core, without the use of pressure platr and circlip, suitable for all kinds of mud, especially suitable for high-pressure jet drilling and ceramic liner. It has a long service life and can be interchanged with other pistons produced according to API standards.
During operation, mud pump pistons reciprocate within cylinders, driven by the crankshaft or crosshead mechanism of the pump. As the piston moves backward, it creates suction that draws in drilling fluid into the cylinder. Upon forward movement, the piston pressurizes the fluid, forcing it through discharge valves into the drill string and borehole. This continuous circulation of drilling fluid helps cool the drill bit, remove cuttings, and maintain wellbore stability.
