Circular Rotating Furnace

The ring furnace system is mainly composed of furnace body, furnace body machinery (moving ring, fixed ring), furnace bottom water seal system, hydraulic station, combustion system, air supply system, smoke exhaust system, control system and so on. In order to achieve the design concept of high yield, low consumption and long life of the furnace, the furnace body is cast as a whole, the rotating furnace bottom is supported by the supporting roller, and the centering roller is fixed to the movable furnace bottom to prevent the furnace bottom from running off. The rotation of the furnace bottom is driven by hydraulic pressure, and the loading and discharging are carried out by manipulator. The thermal parameters such as furnace temperature, furnace pressure and ratio of air and natural gas (gas) are controlled by industrial computer. The heating method adopts two single-side heating, namely the soaking section and the heating section, and the heating system adopts the three-stage heating system. The distribution Angle of the billet in the furnace shall be determined according to the technological requirements.
