Product Description
The MJ colloid mill adopts advanced technology and is self-developed with an internal tooth structure that has high-speed shear and grinding effects, suitable for producing modified asphalt and emulsified asphalt. The minimum fineness of the liquid material can reach 0.1um. Compared with similar products, it has higher efficiency and the function of one-time cutting completion.
Vdvantage
1. The rotor and stator are interlocked, and the asphalt mixture is ground and sheared through the high-speed rotation of the rotor and stator. It is thrown from the center of the rotor and stator towards the edge of the grinding disc, forming a spiral motion pattern, increasing the length of the travel path and being repeatedly sheared and ground more times.
2. There are eight cutting edges and three grinding surfaces on each grinding tooth of the rotor. The eight cutting edges and three grinding surfaces corresponding to the grinding teeth on the stator are simultaneously sheared and ground, greatly improving the efficiency of one-time shearing and grinding of the emulsifier. Its comprehensive capacity is more than five times that of other emulsifiers.
3. The body has an insulation layer, which can be heated by steam or thermal oil.
4. The gap between the stator and rotor can be continuously adjusted within the range of 0.1~2mm
