Pullulan is a kind of extracellular water-soluble mucopolysaccharide similar to dextran and xanthan gum produced by pullulan pullulans fermentation. It is elastic in structure and has high solubility.
It has strong film-forming property, gas resistance, plasticity and viscosity, and has excellent characteristics such as easily soluble in water, non-toxic and harmless, colorless and tasteless.

Pullulan is a water-soluble mucopolysaccharide, and the finished product is a white solid powder.
