Q: If I want to get a rough price, what should I provide?
A: If you can provide us a raw design idea, general sizes and what kinds f produce need to display. Our engineer can base on it to make the drawing and quote.
Q: What is the sampling lead time and sampling fee?
A: Normally sampling lead time is 5-7 days, sampling fee is triple of the unit price.
Q: What is the payment term?
A: T/T payment term, normally is 30% deposit after placing PO, and 70% at the copy of BOL After we receive the balance of payment, we would send you the telex release BOL.
Q: What is the mass production lead time?
A: For the new product, first shipment would need 30 days since we need to make tooling andxtures. For the repeat order,
lead time would be 25 days.
