Manufacturing Processes

Winding the raw spandex from small size cone to large size metal reel (cone to hank), which is called warping, so each spandex yarn gets almost the same tension, then can be feed into the forming picot edge or lacelike narrow elastic trims in knitting process to make sure each min elastic lace has the same stretchness, so to avoid curve or uneven on the greige.

Put the nylon cones onto the creels of the narrow fabric crochet knitting looms before setting the technique process. Generally, no need to warping the nylon yarns for knitted mini lace elastic because each knitting loom is equipped with enough creels to hang the nylon cones.

Knitting the greige of mesh edge mini decorative lace elastic using raw white nylon and spandex. Considering the expected shrinkage during dyeing and ironing process, the greige width should be a bit wider than that of the finished mini elastic lace tape.

Dyeing and ironing the knitted mesh edge elastic lace trims by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. The levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow agent or color fixing agent will be used in this process.

Inspecting the dyed mesh edge mini elastic lace by narrow fabric folding machine and ribbon metal detectors.

Packing the knitted mini elastic lace trims into spool or bale wrapped with waterproof bags, then load them into strong export cartons with custom shipping marks.
