Product Description

Our embroidery jacquard word elastic has the following features:
1. We use high elastic polyester, which is much cheaper than nylon but with almost the same soft texture as nylon.
2. Latex free, covered spandex inside, good resilience and durability.
3. Yarn predyed with accurate color matching and high level fastness.
4. Preshrunk by hot steam, consistent size and dimension.
5. Large elongation of 120%~150% ( 1: 2.2~2.5 ).
6. Custom color, size and pattern are welcome.

Manufacturing Processes

Covering the raw spandex with polyester yarn, so to avoid exposing the white spandex when stretch the finished embroidery jacquard word elastic.

Winding the predyed polyester yarn and covered spandex onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the computerized textile weaving machine to feed the warp yarns into the forming embroidery jacquard elastic.

Weaving the greige of the embroidery jacquard elastic using predyed polyester yarns and covered spandex. Considering the expected shrinkage during setting and ironing process, the greige width should be a bit wider than that of the finished embroidery jacquard word elastic.

Setting and ironing the greige of custom logo or pattern jacquard elastic webbing by fusing machine or continuous dyeing & finishing machine.

Inspecting the jacquard brand name elastic webbing by narrow fabric folding machine and ribbon metal detectors.

Festooned the inspected custom jacquard elastic into layered bale wrapped with waterproof bags, then load them into strong export cartons with custom shipping marks.
