The Construction of OMH Series Planetary Gearbox Reducers
The sun wheel, tooth ring and planetary frame in the planetary gear mechanism have a common fixed axis, and the planetary gear is supported on the planetary gear shaft fixed on the planetary frame, and engages with the sun wheel and tooth ring at the same time. When the planetary gear mechanism is running, several planetary gears on the planetary gear shaft empty set on the planetary frame can rotate around their axis on the one hand, and on the other hand, they can rotate around the sun together with the planetary frame, just like the motion of the planets in the sky, both rotation and revolution (hence the name of the star gear), in the planetary row, The sun wheel with a fixed axis, the gear ring and the planetary frame are called the three basic components of the planetary row.
What is the Planetary Gear?
Planetary gear is a type of gear mechanism, which is composed of four components, namely, the sun wheel, a plurality of planetary gears, an internal gear and a planetary frame connecting planetary gears. Its structure is very complicated, which makes it difficult to manufacture or manufacture. It can achieve a high reduction ratio according to the gear, but it is a type of mechanism that is more suitable for decelerating mechanisms requiring intelligence and performance, such as automotive transmissions. A simple planetary gear set consists of three key components: a sun wheel (central gear) located at the core, multiple planetary gears and tooth rings (outer gear).

A: Usually our samples can be offered by free if it is a small parts. Sample fee could be free, but the freight need to be paid by you.
Q: How is your company's payment terms?
A: If the amount is less than USD 10000.00, it needs to be paid by 100%. If the amount is more than USD10000.00, we alloy 30% deposit, the balance is need to be paid before shipment.
