CUTTING KNIVES AS THE CUTTING LENGHT
After passing through the Relax Heat Setting Oven, the tow pieces will then be guided up to the Cutter Platform that located right above the Relaxer outlet end. Tow Tension Stand also located on it. Then the tow piece after passing the Tension Stand is further sent to the vertically laid Cutter Reel of Cutter Machine at tangential direction to be cut into required length.
Tow pieces after receiving silicone oil is being sent to Tow Tension Stand on which Tension Control Roller is installed. Then the tow piece under uniform tension is further sent to the horizontal laid Cutter Reel of Cutter Machine at tangential direction to be cut into required length. The Cutter Reel and the Cutter Blade can be changed when the Draw Line has been stopped.
