Product Description
PSF PRODUTION LINE INCLUDING SPINNING PART AND DARFTING PART.
This spinning part equipment uses PET bottle chip as raw material, which is heated and melted through screw extruders, then pressured to the spinning nozzle by metering pump after being pre-filtered, then spined by spinneret plate as well as introduced into the feed beater and delivered into fiber holding tank for the later process through oiling and collecting after cooling into shape.
This drafting part of equipment using spinning raw fiber as the raw material is the post-processing combination machine driven by variable frequency for drafting, crimping, shaping, cutting and packaging.
Spinning & Take-up Process Description
In this PSF Production Line Technical Annexure, PET raw materials of solid state will be converted into tow pieces through drying, extrusion, melting, filtration and spinning.
Spinning Line equipment is composed of main production equipment, accessory equipment and civil works. Mainly including following:
Main production equipment: Drying system, Screw Extruder, Polymer Filter, Melt Pipe, Spin Beam, Metering Pump, Metering Pump Driving System, Spin Pack, Quenching Unit, Draw-off Wall, Capstan Roller and Can Transverse Device.
