PSF production line spinning solid and hollow fiber need 2 steps . The first part is uses PET bottle chip as raw material, which is heated and melted through screw extruders, then pressured to the spinning nozzle by metering pump after being pre-filtered, then spined by spinnerets as well as introduced into the feed beater and delivered into fiber tank for the later process through oiling and collecting after cooling into shape.
the second part is using spinning raw fiber as the raw material,this step is the post-processing driven by variable frequency for drafting, crimping, shaping, cutting and packaging.
