Product Description
1. Test Principle
Aflatoxin M1 antigen is coated on the test region of thestrips, and Aflatoxin M1 antibody is labeled with colloid gold. During a test, the colloid gold labeled antibody coated in the strip move forward along the membrane, and a red line will show up when the antibody gathers with the antigen in the test line; if Aflatoxin M1 in the sample is over the detection limit, the antibody will react with antigens in the sample and it will not meet the antigen in the test line, thus there will be no red line in the test line.2. Applications
This kit is used for rapid qualitative analysis of Aflatoxin M1 residue in raw milk.
