Deepening silicone softener, can be used for soft finishing and provide deepening effect, has most obvious deepening effect on red color shade, has maximum 40% deepening effect, reduces dyes or deepens the chroma of some cheap dyes.
- Contains no APEO or prohibited chemical substances. Consistent with the European Union standard of Otex-100.
- Excellent hydrophilicity on cotton and cotton blends.
- Imparts fabrics soft, smooth, dry, elastic and bulky hand feeling.
- Has great deepening effect on vulcanized black color fabrics. Effectively improves dyeing depth 20~30% and red color shade is obvious.
- Has 20~30% deepening and brightening effect on medium and dark color fabrics, as reactive black, bright red and royal blue, etc.
- Extremely low heat yellowing and good anti-phenolic yellowing property. Suitable for light color and bleached fabrics.
- No negative effect on color fastness.
- High stability. High shear stability. Keeps high stability within a wide pH range.

- Padding process:
For heavy and thick fabric: reference dosage: 20~30 g/L
The best pH value of working solution: 6.0~7.0
Setting: Dipping and padding (Pickup: 70~90%) → 160~170ºC × 60~90s
Dust-free hydrophilic finishing for vulcanized black fabrics:
Kindly suggest to use it together with Hydrophilic Finishing Agent 45502.
Reference dosage of 45502: 20~30 g/L
For special hand feeling, it can be used together with other softener.
Please do a compatibility experiment before using.
2. Dipping process:
Reference dosage: 1.0~3.0% (o.w.f)
Bath ratio: 1:20
Process: 40~50ºC × 10~20 min → Dewater → Dry (100~120ºC)

- Please do not expose it to air for long time and cover it in time after using.
- Please store in a cool and ventilated place and avoid sun exposure.
