Fixing Agent GR-F102
Fixing Agent is used for fixing of reactive dyes dyeing fabrics and printing fabrics, improve the wet fastness.
- Be used in reactive dyes dyeing fabrics and printing fabrics color fixing, little affect on shade
- Improve dyeing fabrics stain resistance soaping fastness, perspiration fastness and water fasten fastness.
- No influence on dyeing fabrics light fastness, water fastness to chlorine and dry rubbing fastness.
- Improve wet fastness of mercerized fabrics after dyeing.
- No influence on dyeing fabrics hand feeling and hydrophilicity.
- Formaldehyde free.

Stability
Keep out of the sun, sealed store for 12 months under temperature 0-40ºC.Fixing according to impregnation and padding method.
To be fixing effectively, have to clean washing the dyeing or printing fabrics absolutely before using GR-F102.Recommend washing and fixing technology
Reactive dyes dyeing or printing fabrics→cold water washing→hot water washing(50-60ºC)→soap boiling(95-98ºC soap boiling for 10 minutes)→rinse → fixation treatment→ elution → dryingRecommend dosage:
GR-F102 dosage should be adjusted according to dyeing deepness and fastness requirement.
For ISO 105/C03(GB 3921-83/method 3, 60ºC), recommend 0.1-0.3% o.w.f.;
For ISO 105/C04(GB 3921-83/method 4, 95ºC), recommend 0.2-0.5% o.w.f.
