Product Description
DRB-P electric grease lubrication pump
used to supply grease both in 40 Mpa pressure dual linecentralized lubrication system and single line centralized lubrication system. Widely used for medium/large equipment in metallurgy, mining, chemical, power plant, building materials, sugaring, and building industry.
Features
1.high pressure electric lubrication pump.
2.Tank is fitted with Oil level automatic alarm device.
3.Operating pressure is adjustable in the nominal pressure range with Double overload protection
4.Full automatic control and monitor the whole lubrication system when fitted with electric control panel.
Lubricants: grease with penetration of no less than 220(25°C,150g) 1/10mm and lubricant oils with viscosity of no less than N68.
Temperature: from -20°C to 80°C
Installation
1. Pump should be fixed vertical right in the place with suitable temperature, less dust, facilitate inspection, maintenance and adding lubricants.
2. Pump should be installed in the central position of the system, to ensure the pump produce enough pressure.
3. Advice motor rotate to right way.
4. Should use clean grease. Should inject grease from the oil-in place on the tank by lubricant feed pump. Before the first time use the pump, better feed with lubricant oil to take out the air. If lubrication point forbidden oil, should let the pump keep working until no air inside and grease appear from the tube.
5. Before installation, tube (between the pump and the lubrication point) and bearing in the place with lubrication requirements should be full with grease.
6.To prevent grease enter the pressure gauge, before start the lubrication pump, should take off the joint 1 and elbow 2(figure 3).Then start the pump, after grease appear in joint 3, install the elbow 2 and full elbow 2 with oil. At last install the joint 1and pressure gauge.
