6.Remark: (1)The tongs are equipped with nine jaw assemblies for different drilling tool specifications, and equipped with four kinds of rollers, namely φ80, φ90, φ100 and φ120. Each jaw assembly includes four jaws, four rollers, four jaw roller shafts and two plug screws. The tong is equipped with a jaw assembly with a clamping range of φ168.28 pipe string when it leaves the factory, and users of other jaw assemblies can order separately as required.
(2) If the teeth plate of drill pipe power tongs is in short supply, the tooth plate of B-type hanging tongs can be used instead. However, it is only allowed to play the role of tripping in the combination of roller bits, and it is not allowed to be used in the combination of drag bit, otherwise the tooth groove on the jaw will be damaged.
(3)When drilling, the tripping torque is large, so the door frame cannot be removed for use when tripping out, otherwise the shell will be deformed and the pliers will be scrapped.
(4)The maximum system pressure of the hydraulic system shall not exceed 20.7MPa. When leaving the factory, the overflow valve shall be adjusted to this pressure. Do not touch it easily when using it, and it shall be readjusted when replacing it with a new one.
(5)When the drill pipe is screwed back, the screwing-on direction is just the opposite. If the screwing-on overflow valve is to be used to control the screwing-on torque, the screwing-on overflow valve must be turned 180 for installation or not, that is, the screwing-on overflow valve should be closed to prevent the screwing-off pressure from being insufficient (just the past screwing-on pressure) and the screwing-on cannot be unscrewed.
