·When can I get the price?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price. Please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.
·How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation,you can require for samples to check our quality. Normally It takes 3 days to make a sample especially the samples are tailor made.0.5M2 samples is free.The clients need to cover the freight cost.
·How can I pay the sample fee and freight cost?
You can pay it by T/T or by Western Union. If you are not satisfied with the freight cost you can pay collect.
·Can you Design for us?
Yes, We have a professional team in flooring&finger joint board design and manufacturing. Just tell us ideas and we will help to carry out your idea into the design. We will send you samples for confirmation.
·How long can I expect to get the sample.
Normally it takes 3 days to finish the samples. The sample delivery time from 3-5 work days depends on the express company you choose.
·What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The normal delivery time is around 10-35 days.
·What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW,FOB, CFR, CIF,DDP,etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
·How about I had never buy product from China?
We will guide you step by step, we can help to calculate all the possible cost for you. Our shipping forwarder will also insist you on your port side.
