A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral export wooden cases. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in
wooden cases with your own marks after getting your authorization letters.
Q2. What are your terms of payment?
A: We require T/T 30% as a deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll provide you with photos of the products and packages before you pay
the balance.
Q3. What are your terms of delivery?
A: Our delivery terms are EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, and DDU.
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: The delivery time varies from 10 days to 50 days after receiving your advance payment, depending on the pump's material. The
specific delivery time also depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can manufacture according to your samples or technical drawings. We can create the necessary molds and fixtures.
Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers need to bear the sample cost and the courier cost.
Q7. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we conduct 100% testing of the pumps before delivery.
