[Product description]

This product is suitable for fixation treatment of reactive and direct dyes. The main component is polyamine compounds. It can form macromolecular compounds with dyes and combine with fibers to form insoluble substances. It has obvious effect on improving the dyeing fastness of cotton fibers. It is an environmental friendly fixing agent with excellent properties.

1. Formaldehyde free, in line with environmental requirements.

2. The fastness to washing, perspiration and wet rubbing of the direct dyes were significantly improved, and the sun fastness was not affected.

3. The color fastness to washing and perspiration of reactive turquoise blue and lake blue were significantly improved.

4. In the fixation process, the color drop is very small, and the color light change of the dyed matter is small after fixation.

5. It can be used in the same bath with cationic or non-ionic softener to improve efficiency and save cost.

6. This product can not be used with anionic auxiliaries in the same bath. Before using the same bath as softener, relevant stability tests should be conducted first.

Fixation of reactive dyes, direct dyes dyeing and printing of cotton and its blended fabrics.

[Usage]

Reference dosage: Padding method: fixing agent 10 - 40g / L

Impregnation method: fixing agent 1 - 4% (o.w.f), 35-45 ºC * 15-20 min

[Packaging and storage]

50kg and 120kg plastic drums (lined with plastic bags);

It should be placed in a cool and ventilated place to prevent heating and exposure. The shelf life is 6 months.
