Fluorine-alkali type spiral welded pipe special sintering flux, basicity is 1.6, light gray round particles, particle size is 10 ~40Mesh, loose ratio: 1.2-1.25 g/cm3. It has excellent welding process performance and high welding speed, stable arc burning, easy slag removal, beautiful weld formation, and is manufactured using special technology. The metallurgical reaction is sufficient during welding, the deposited metal is pure, and has high low-temperature impact toughness. It can be used for both AC and DC. The welding wire is connected to the positive electrode during DC welding.

Before welding, the flux must be at about 300-350 ºC(572-662ºF)Bake at room temperature for 2 hours.
Before welding, be sure to remove rust, scale, primer and other impurities on the surface of the base material to obtain excellent welding deposited metal.
In the case of multi-layer welding, the root welding of the groove welding requires a small current and welding speed.
Add new flux regularly to prevent flux defects and poor weld bead surface formation caused by reusing flux.
