The composite materials, along with any additional components or molds, are placed inside the autoclave and sealed to create an airtight environment. Once sealed, the autoclave is pressurized with compressed air or an inert gas, which allows for proper consolidation of the laminates. The temperature and pressure are then raised to the desired levels and maintained for a specific curing time. This process helps to bond the composite materials together and eliminate any voids or defects, resulting in strong and durable composite products.

Our factory is located in Zhucheng, Shandong, China. From Qingdao where closes to us 1.5 hours to Beiing, 1.75hours to Shanghai, 4.5 hours to Guangzhou by air.

How long the warranty will be?
1 Year warranty.
How about the installation? And what if the machine goes down?
We will do that. There are two options.
a. We could appoint our engineer to your company to debug and repair, as for the cost of this trip such as ticketvisa, accommodation and labor cost shall be on your side
b. On-ine service will be provided. lf stil is under guarantee period, the necessary accessories and parts will beprovided free but the transportation cost of it shall be on your side.
