The composite autoclave is designed to provide such controlled environments by subjecting composite materials to high pressure and temperature. It consists of a pressure vessel made of high-strength materials, such as carbon steel or stainless steel, to withstand the high internal pressure. The autoclave is equipped with heating systems, such as electric heaters or steam heating, to raise the temperature inside the autoclave. The temperature and pressure are monitored and controlled by a control system to ensure the curing process is conducted accurately.
The composite materials, along with any additional components or molds, are placed inside the autoclave and sealed to create an airtight environment. Once sealed, the autoclave is pressurized with compressed air or an inert gas, which allows for proper consolidation of the laminates. b. On-ine service will be provided. lf stil is under guarantee period, the necessary accessories and parts will beprovided free but the transportation cost of it shall be on your side.
