1. Brief Introduction:HS-902 is a kind of orthophthalic unsaturated polyester resin specifically designed for SMC / BMC applications. With its high reactivity, moderate viscosity, and remarkable thickening stability, this resin yields products boasting superior heat resistance and mechanical properties. The resin is widely used in the production of electrical, industrial equipment and automotive parts and other SMC/BMC production.

1) The casting is made according to GB/T8237-2005; Curing System: Accelerator KC(0.6%Co/Naph): 1.0% ; Hardener AKZO M-50: 1%;
2) Post curing: RT×24hrs + 60ºC×3hrs + 110ºC×2hrs
4. Storage:
1) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Stored in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC.
2) Keep sealed to prevent moisture pick-up and monomer loss. Prolonged storage outside of recommended conditions can influence liquid resin properties like viscosity and gel time.
3) Transportation should fit the State Council "Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations". Because it contains styrene monomer, it is hazardous and inflammable.
