Product Name:UV-2301 UV-curable Unsaturated Polyester Resin
1. Brief Introduction:UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity, isophthalate neopentyl glycol type unsaturated polyester resin.. Stabilized and thickened with magnesium oxide, this resin cures under ultraviolet light, offering excellent glass fiber wettability, rapid curing speed, and superior mechanical properties. Ideal for ultraviolet curing trenchless repairs (CIPP) of sewer pipelines, and oil and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for Use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The model and amount of magnesium oxide paste directly affect the thickening viscosity and rate.It is recommended to conduct small batch trials before use.2) UV2301 resin can be cured using *** lamps and UV-LED lamps. If other light sources are to be used, small-batch trials are advisable.
5. Storage:
1) The product should be packaged in black IBC tanks or iron drums. As the resin contains ultraviolet light initiator, the packaging must be kept 100% opaque and stored in a dark place.
2) Transportation must adhere to the "Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations" issued by the State Council.
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC. Shelf life is 6 months, decreasing with higher storage temperatures.
