Acid Fixing Agent 23031
23031 is mainly composed of aromatic sulfoacid condensation polymer.
Aromatic sulfoacid condensation polymer can combine with nylon fiber to form insoluble macromolecular compound, which improves washing color fastness of nylon fibers.
It can be applied in fixing process for fabrics of nylon and nylon blends after dyeing or printing.
It is suitable for most bright-colored fabrics.
- Can improve the washing color fastness.
- Not influences the color shade of most fabrics.
- Extremely little color fading. Little color shade changing after fixing.
- No need to regulate acidity. Effectively prevents fixing spots.

Note:
- For dyed fabrics, please clear and remove cationic leveling agent and surface dyeing before fixing process to avoid influencing the fixing effect.
- For printed fabrics, please fully water wash and alkali wash the printing fabrics before fixing process to avoid influencing the fixing effect of acid fixing agent.
- Please do not expose it to air for long time and cover it in time after using.
- Please store in a cool and ventilated place and avoid sun exposure.
