Rendered chicken fat is made from selected raw chicken suet with fixed species and ratio. As an important ingredients for both food and feed industry, it can enhance the flavour of the food/feed greatly.

* Quickly-cooling kneading: After it is rendered, the chicken oil is fine filtered and quickly-cooling kneading is undertaken. This process makes the different melting points of the fat components fully mixed to reduce the precipitation and the texture of chicken oil more uniform and fine.
