Qingdao Hexin manufactures plain steel roll, such as: forged steel roller, grooved steel roller, pressed steel roller, roll assembly, stainless steel roller, steel rollers for glass annealing.
The plain steel roll used the CK45 or CK 40 seamless steel tube or the alloy steel as the raw material. It was made after quenched-tempered heat treatment, machining, welding, assembling, heat treatment destressing, surface hard chromium plating, super grinding and super abrasing. Our work shop has more than 30 years experience for manufacturing roller,the surface roughness can reach Ra 0.2, applicable to coating machine, printing machine, metallurgical equipment, membrane equipment, paper equipment, cloth equipment, glue coating equipment etc. Also it also has the transfer function to all kinds of film production line, paper making line, lager printing equipment etc..

Meanwhile, we also equip the independent inspection room, and have UT, X-Ray, PT, magnetic powder inspection and other NDT inspection methods. The conventional roller diameter production range is Ф25mm-Ф2000mm, but the maximum diameter we can manufacture is 10000mm, and enable every roller lives up to the international high quality standards.
