II, Main machine overview-(Foundry Machinery Manufacturer Design Hot Box Core Shooter for Sand Casting ):
the main machine is composed of bed, column, beam component, die base component, sand bucket and so on. The bed is made of section steel and steel plate, which has enough rigidity and strength to ensure the smooth operation of each component. The die cylinder, the distribution box is installed inside the bed, and the control button plate is fixed to the left side of the bed. The equipment is controlled by the editable logic controller (PLC) when it is in operation one cycle.
The column is installed behind the bed and welded with steel plate. It is a necessary part to connect the bed with the beam, and it is also a gas storage package to ensure the large flow rate of air needed at the moment of sand blasting. Two templates and four guide columns and bushes form die base components.
The moving formwork is connected with the die closing cylinder, and the opening and closing process is completed along the four guide columns. When the moving die is moved down in place, the four top cores can be ejected from the mud core, which is convenient for manual removal of the mud core.
The beam parts are installed above the machine tool. The beam is equipped with compression cylinder and sand bucket, sand cylinder walking cylinder and so on. The bottom of the beam is equipped with a gate, and when the sand tube moves to the right, the gate can be automatically opened for sand supply.
There is a sand stop cup above the gate.
The limited sand pipe in the sand tube can automatically stop the inflow when the sand is full.
