Regular machine can be delivered within 20-25 days. For customized machines, it need be evaluated depend on the project.
3.How long is the warranty period?
Whole machine 1 year. In warranty period, the new parts which are free will be sent to you to replace the broken ones.
4. What are the payment terms?
T/T, L/C, Western Union, or 100% L/C at sight. T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We will show you the photos and videos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
5. Is the updated production process information available?
After order is confirmed, the updated production details such as products photos and videos will be available for you.The machine should be delivered after we test it and confirm its operation with you.
6. What kind of transportation we can provide?
Sea shipping, air transportation and international express.
