1. Corrugated Belt: The conveyor belt is made of durable and flexible rubber material. It is design with a series of corrugations and ribs which can grip the materials conveyed and prevent them from slipping and sliding when they are being transported on the steep inclined conveyor.
2. Sidewall Belt: Along the edges of the corrugated belt, there are raised sidewall belt, made of reinforced rubber or PVC, can prevent the materials transported from spilling.
3. Inclined Angle: Materials are transported at various angles is available. The degree of the inclined angles can be customized according to the exact situation.
4. Cleats: Cleats and flights are attached to the corrugated belt to prevent the materials conveyed from spilling. They can be customized as per the characteristics of the materials transported.
5. Drive System: This inclined conveyor is powered by drive system that can drive this conveyor working more efficiently.
6. Supporting Structure: The conveyor is supported by a sturdy framework, which is made of stainless steel, can make heavy load transportation available.

Whole machine 1 year. In warranty period, the new parts which are free will be sent to you to replace the broken ones.
6. What are the payment terms?
T/T, L/C, Western Union, or 100% L/C at sight. T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We will show you the photos and videos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
7. Is the updated production process information available?
After order is confirmed, the updated production details such as products photos and videos will be available for you.The machine should be delivered after we test it and confirm its operation with you.
