Full Automatic Copper Elbow Making Machine
I Description of full automatic copper elbow making machineThis machine is specially designed for making copper elbows, rotating-arm for multi-station, combing push-bending, two-end expanding and two-end ordering (chamfering) together.
This machine is capable for 90° elbow, or 45° elbow, or any other special degree elbow.
This machine adopts four-station structure, automatic finishing loading, push-bending, expanding, ordering and unloading function.
This machine is equipped with elevator loading device and pneumatic feeding system, full automtically feeding blank bevel cut tubes into machine.
This machine is PLC control, HMI operation, no operator, full automatic!By changing tooling/moulds, different sizes (in same shape) elbows can be produced.
