Dosage

Use 4 drops at a time, 3 times a day, before meals, one course of treatment per month.

Precautions

1. This product should not be injected directly under the bulbar conjunctiva or into the anterior chamber of the eye. 2. Lacrimal sac infection (dacryocystitis) often occurs in children with occlusion of the lacrimal duct. In addition to eye drops with this product, local hot compresses can be supplemented at the same time. 3. Do not touch the eye with the mouth of the bottle during eye drops, and tighten the bottle cap after use to avoid contamination of the liquid medicine.

Adverse reactions

Occasionally local irritation and discomfort, no systemic adverse reactions.

People who are allergic to this product or other aminoglycoside antibiotics should not be used.

The pharmacological effects of this paragraph
This product is an aminoglycoside antibiotic. It has good antibacterial effect on various gram-negative bacteria and gram-positive bacteria, and has good antibacterial effect on various Enterobacteriaceae such as Escherichia coli, Klebsiella, Proteus, Salmonella, Shigella, Enterobacter, Serratia and Pseudomonas aeruginosa have good antibacterial effects. Neisseria and Haemophilus influenzae are moderately sensitive to this product. It also has a certain effect on Brucella, Acinetobacter and Campylobacter fetus. It has a good antibacterial effect on about 80% of methicillin-sensitive strains in Staphylococcus (including Staphylococcus aureus and coagulase-negative staphylococcus), but most of the methicillin-resistant strains are resistant to this product. The effect on Streptococcus and Streptococcus pneumoniae is poor, and most of Enterococcus is resistant to this product. When this product is used in combination with b-lactams, most synergistic antibacterial effects can be obtained. The mechanism of action of this product is to bind to the 30S subunit of the bacterial ribosome and inhibit the synthesis of bacterial protein. In recent years, gram-negative bacilli have significantly increased resistance to gentamicin.
