Details
This machine group consists mainly of vacuum calibrating tank, haul-off unit, cutting unit, stacker, etc. Single screw extruder and haul-off unit have applied imported AC inverter, both vacuum pump and driving motor have applied excellent products. The haul-off unit includes two-claw type, three-claw type, four-claw type ,eight-claw type, ten-claw type, twelve-claw type ,etc. Scraps fee cutting, saw cutting or planetary cutting can be applied, the property of machine group is reliable, the production efficiency is high. With special device, it can produce inner wall spiral pipe, inner wall hollow pipe , and core layer foamed pipe etc. It also can produce PP, PE ,ABS, PPR, PEX, silicon core pipe and other material pipe. The planetary cutting machine is fully automatic computer digital control. It has such advantages of simple operation, reliable property, etc.

04 AFTER-SALE SERVICE
1) 24 hours technical support by email, call, video.
2) Warranty for one year after 12 months of shipment.
3) Installation and commissioning engineer will provide the tech long machine, and machine operation of the buyer's personnel on-site training, troubleshooting and machine maintenance. The factory offers free installation training for a week the company engineers, beyond a week, the salaries borne by the customer engineer the factory.
