Features
1. The system uniformly includes mechanical, electrical & pneumatic, works effectively and reliably.
2. Operation interface carried on touch screen, appears clear, clean and easy to operate.
3. Filter paper roll carried by pneumatic tension shaft, which assure the roll easy to be fixed and released. The shaft loaded roll is lift by pneumatic cylinder.
4. Automatically, a tension control system regulates the filter paper tension while spreading among the roller system, pleating & gluing chain.
5. The machine is equipped with a slitting device for paper edge removing.
6. Paper pleating height set on touch screen without changing the roller. The servo control system can accurately ensure the flatness of the folded paper.
7. Six different modes for glue dispensing available: Continuous, Intermittent, Double-Side, Single-Side, Automatic & Manual, can be easily selected.
8. The computer regulates the speeds of each unit, to assure the system works out synchronously
9. Pleated & glued filter paper collecting mechanism, can be easily oriented to match various pleating height, convenient and reliable.
