Production Method:
1. Mix Grass Jelly Powder 1 pack and Water 400 gram, and stir well
2. Bring it to a boil and stir until GRASS JELLY sticky ,then looks like Clear and Smooth. (It takes around 5-8 minutes)
3. Heat the mixture once again for 1 minute
4. Take it off the flame ,Cool the liquid and leave it until it sets into a jelly
5. Cut grass jelly into small thin cubes. (Jelly is now ready for use in any dessert you wish to use it in.)
6. Place Grass Jelly cubes in bowl. Add Syrup, Ice and Brown sugar topping
