High-Concentrated Softener YL-5402
Features:
Brief Introduction
This product is one kind of polyether modified ester high-concentrated softener compound. It is specially for white towel which has low-yellowing properties. After post-processing, it provides the fabrics/towel with hydrophile, low-yellowing, soft, fluffy and smooth effect.
Application procedure:
Workable on various fibers in impregnation and padding processing.
Dosage:
As it is the high-concentrated product, suggest to adopt softened water for dilution before using (dilution proportion 1: 3 ~ 6)
* Impregnation method: dilution 2 ~ 5% (o.w.f.), indoor temperature 40ºC x 15 ~ 25 minutes
* Padding method: dilution 10 ~ 50g/L, indoor temperature dipping & padding, thence drying or setting
Remark: The details of dilution, proportion, volume could be adjustable according to customer's demand.
Storage:
120kg plastic drum (with plastic bag lining); put in cool & ventilate place, keep away from heat and exposure; 6 months for storage period.
