Main structural features.
1,Composed of three parts: power end assembly, hydraulic end assembly and planetary gear reducer.
2, long stroke, low stroke, large connecting rod load, designed for ultra-deep oil and gas well fracturing construction, compared with other products of the same type, the weight is reduced by 10%, avoiding the overweight situation of the whole vehicle.
3, external planetary gear reducer, large transmission ratio, high transmission efficiency, smooth running, low noise, low impact on the internal parts of the large pump, long service life of parts.
4,The hydraulic end adopts EWS design, the hydraulic end and the power end have 20 alloy steel tie rods connected, when the hydraulic end is removed, the tie rods stay on the power end. The plunger and the small connecting rod are connected by clamps, so it is easy to disassemble and repair the hydraulic end.
5,The hydraulic end assembly is installed with three different sizes of plungers (4", 4.5", 5") to obtain different pressure and displacement for customers to choose to use.
