Product Description

Plunger: The plunger is the key component of the pump, responsible for drawing liquid from the inlet port into the pump cavity and providing pressure to the outlet port. It is usually made of cast iron or steel.
Back plate: The back plate is closely connected to the pump body and is used for installing the plunger, providing support and guiding functions. It is usually made of steel.
Inlet port and outlet port: The inlet port is used to draw in liquid, and the outlet port is used to discharge the pressurized liquid.
Spring: The spring is used to provide the rotational force and pressure of the plunger, usually located between the plunger and the back plate.
Sealing element: The sealing element is arranged between the pump body and the plunger to prevent liquid leakage. It is usually made of materials such as rubber and polytetrafluoroethylene.
