High-speed Slitting Machine for PVC
USE
This machine is used to cut all kinds of roll materials such as BOPP, PET, CPP and PVC.
FEATURE
1. Imported PLC for centralized control is used for electrical control system, man-machine is carried out by touch screen, Set and display working parameters according to the requirements from different products.
2. Rewinder adopts vector frequency inverter, roller diameter calculated by PLC to realize automatic tension control
3. Unwinder adopts magnetic powder brake, roller diameter calculated by PLC to realize automatic tersion control
4. Loading and unloading using shaft-less pneumatic cone top type. It is easy for loading, unloading and with high efficiency, has web guide system. (Hydraulic Feeding is optional)
5. Rewinding shaft is double slip air shaft, uses the straight knife and rotary knives for slitting, regularity disc surface, air exhausting device for the waste.
6. The system has meter counting, winding diameter operation, automatic stop by setting length you need first.
7. The system has a perfect integration design with machine, electricity and pneumatic, and takes complete safety protective measures.
