The high-precision, low-noise, long-life, and high reliability medical instrument rotary bearing developed has been widely used in large equipment such as gamma knife, CT, and nuclear magnetic resonance.
The R&D design department applies CADCAXA, SOLIDWORKS, ANSYS and other computer technologies are used to design and analyze various types of slewing bearings. Three coordinate measuring machines, digital multifunctional test benches, electromagnetic vibration tables, high and low temperature test chambers and other testing and experimental equipment are applied to test and verify product performance. Eight series of slewing bearings, including single row ball type, three row column type, cross roller type, double row ball type, double turn type, steel wire raceway type, and Hafu type, have been developed, with nearly 3000 product specifications and models.
