Function:
1. This product is applicable to NR, SBR, IR, BR, CR, NBR, IIR, EPR, CPR, and ASR, etc.
2. This product can effectively improve the rubber mobility, with good scattering effect, even rubber mixing, smooth surface after the cold feed extruding and without pore and the compactness is improved.
3. This product has high-strength dispersion property, can accelerate and improve the dispersion of the carbon black, white carbon black and other filling agent, shorten the mixing period, increase the mixing efficiency and reduce the production costs.
4. This product can improve the uniformity of the rubber compound, effectively avoid blooming and greatly enhance the quality of the rubber compound.
5. This product should be added in the mixing process so that it would not interrupt the vulcanization system, and obviously reduce the Mooney viscosity of the rubber compound at the same time. This product has no impact on the Mooney scorching time, the vulcanization speed, hardness, tensile stress, tensile strength and physical and mechanical property as well as aging resistance.
6. This product needn't adjust the recipe and can obviously improve the abrasion resistance and tear resistance.
7. This product is a kind of comprehensive and high-performance rubber processing aid and is widely used in all kinds of rubber products, such as tires, rubber shoes, rubber belts, rubber hoses, foamed rubber, and injection rubber.
8. This product is palletizing product, which is convenient to accurate calculation while being used so as to guarantee the uniform stability of the rubber products. Application and usage: general dosage is 1~3 parts by weight and can be added together with other minor ingredient to the recipe.
